Portnoy Says Caitlin Clark Blocked Him After McCaffery Incident

Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, said on Barstool Live that he was blocked by Fever guard Caitlin Clark after a dinner where Barstool personality Rico Bosco gave him a phone to call a McCaffery family member. The call, which involved Connor McCaffery’s brother, reportedly went badly and led Clark to cut off communication.

Portnoy blamed Bosco for the mishap and said he had tried to contact Clark for a pizza review in Indianapolis. Clark, who is preparing for her third WNBA season, has not responded to his messages.
