Oilers Lose Hyman vs. Knights; Draisaitl to Return to Skating

The Edmonton Oilers will be without forward Zach Hyman in Saturday’s 8 p.m. MT/10 p.m. ET matchup against the Vegas Golden Knights. Hyman, 33, has 31 goals and 20 assists in 57 games this season and will be out with an undisclosed injury.

Star center Leon Draisaitl is expected to resume skating in the coming days, though he will not travel with the team for its final road trip. The Oilers, tied with the Anaheim Ducks atop the Pacific Division, sit three points ahead of the Knights in the standings.
