The Los Angeles Angels added outfielder Mike Trout back to the lineup after he was struck in the hand by a fastball on Sunday, missing the first game of the series.

Trout was hit by a fastball in the Angels’ Sunday game against the Mariners, forcing him out of the lineup for the opener. He returns to bat second and play center field for the second game of the three‑game set against the Braves, scheduled for Tuesday at 6:38 p.m. PT.
